Meet the Leadership Team
Ben Place
Co-Founder & Sales Director
Ben is the Sales Director and has 13 years experience within the managed print industry.
His background involves working with market leading technology providers like Epson, Kyocera, Develop, Sharp, Lexmark, Toshiba, HP and Xerox. His main focus within the business is to grow and retain our valued customer base while supporting our sales and operations teams.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on long dog walks, watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers & Southampton FC, investing in the stock market and travelling.
John Reynolds
Co-Founder & Managing Director
John is the Managing Director and has more than four decades of print industry experience. He is a seasoned leader driven by results, achieved through teamwork and empowerment.
John has worked with most of the leading Manufacturers and Dealers in the industry including Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Sharp, Toshiba, Epson, Lexmark and Kyocera. Earlier in his career at Danka, as UK Sales Director, John was part of the UK Board who took the company from a loss-making business to the acquisition by Ricoh.
John has been married to Sharon for 36 years and has two children and a cocker-spaniel!
Antony Butcher
Co-Founder & Service Director
Antony is the Service Director and has been in the print industry for 34 years. He is a leader with vast technical and service delivery knowledge and is driven by a customer-centric can-do attitude.
Antony has been technically trained by Canon, Ricoh, Panasonic, Sharp, Konica Minolta, Epson, Lexmark, 3M, Fujitsu, PaperCut, Safe Q, Drivve and Kyocera. He has built multiple successful service delivery operations from the ground up and has created and coached many high-performing teams.
In his spare time, he is a self-proclaimed untalented electronic musician but enjoys every minute of trying to improve. Enjoys socialising and the movies.

Our Sustainability & Environmental Pledge
We are well aware that as a business, we need to be mindful of how our operations impact the environment. We need to ensure that sustainability is a key consideration when changing or adding new policies and procedures.
In order to guarantee we have a greater understanding of how we are performing at the moment, given it’s ‘the new normal’, we are recording data to produce a report that will be our starting point to making changes. This report is due to be published in the first half of 2023.
In the meantime, we will continue to be wary of how we conduct ourselves with a view of limiting our effects on the environment as we quantify how we are going to make sure the business is net zero by the beginning of 2026.
